Zen Coaching, helps you discover for yourself your own inner resources and find your own answers. This is done mainly by deep empathic listening and profound questions. The goal is to support you in connecting to deeper levels of wisdom within yourself. This will help you find your own powerful tools to resolve personal and work issues, and release creativity, compassion, strength, motivation and ease in your experience of life.

• Package of 10 sessions
A session is normally one (1) hour and can be face-to-face, by internet (Skype) or by phone.
